Job Description
- Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Gather all necessary materials and tools to complete the assembly process.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently in accordance with specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during the assembly process to ensure a safe working environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as an aerospace assembler is required (preferred 5+ years)
- Must be a US Citizen
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Stong understanding of mechanical principles and tools
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills

- Required to push, pull, lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.

Pay Range
$19.93 – $30.00 per hour
